Casual bar/ restaurant feel aged steak was very flavorful and grilled well

Steak was great along with the fried avocado. The setting needs an update but all of snowmass dining is located in an outdoor mall. Would return for the steak!

Food was outstanding. Fois Gras, lamb and steak was superb.

Steak was undercooked and my company finished their meals before my food was brought back out

It was great! However next time we will get the aged beef off of the salt block because it made meat too salty!
