Snowmass Lanes Lounge

I recently visited Snowmass Lanes and Lounge and was blown away by their amazing wooden oven pizza! The taste was out of this world and the crust was perfectly crispy. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the overall experience was fantastic. I also appreciate Snowmass Lanes and Lounge's commitment to using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the delicious pizza, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions and make sure that we had everything we needed. The wait staff were also very efficient and made sure our orders were taken and delivered in a timely manner. Overall, the combination of great food and service made for an unbeatable dining experience. I would definitely return to Snowmass Lanes and Lounge and recommend it to others. 5 stars all around!Vegetarian options: I was impressed with the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available like veggie burgers and pizzas. In addition to these options, they also had a variety of salads including caprese and caesar options. I appreciated the effort the establishment put into catering to those with dietary restrictions. Overall, I would definitely recommend Snowmass Lanes and Lounge for those looking for vegetarian and vegan options.

This place is not built around customer service. I would not go here if I were you. Way overpriced for well below-average food. They start your timer early for your lane rental and fail to tell you that they did so. Then at the end they shut you down the second your hour ends. They delivered our food and asked if we needed boxes to go home ten minutes after we started eating. We had two rolls left in the tenth frame. I get it. You need us to move on. I am just posting this so anyone who reads knows, this is a “we need you to move on” establishment. Facebook gave this place 3.2/5. Given the robot/paid reviews that inflate that number, I would say 3.2/5 is a stretch on the best day possible. Staff definitely seemed bro-club-ish where basically they think all customers are stupid and beneath them. Bottom line, you and your family can be treated better at basically any other place in snowmass. $340 for one hour of bowling, bad pizza, chicken fingers for one child, 9.5 frames of bowling, one pitcher of beer, well below-average appetizers, and two glasses of wine. If you came to snowmass, you deserve better. Don’t waste your time here.

Best pizza in town! Always good atmosphere and friendly staff.

I would avoid this place at all costs. They completely ripped me and my friends off. The management at the time was shady and the service was bad. This place nearly ruined our trip to Aspen with their terrible attitude and fraudulent bill. They tried (successfully) to rip us off and in the end, with our hands tied, we paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for drinks we didn't order but couldn't prove we didn't receive. Admittedly, this was before the pandemic (I waited a while to write this review so they couldn't dispute it; they have no idea which of the countless parties they've ripped off that I was a part of). If they're under the same ownership/management, I would not go back. If you do go, carefully review your bill and be ready to dispute it.

Fun atmosphere and fun bowling. Prices are expected in a resort. The bowling pins are on strings and can cause some anomalies when they are turned. The bowling balls remained firmly in the ball return, but you could simply put your hand in and wig it out. Family friendly the kids have a great time
