Excellent food and atmosphere! Highly recommended place for dinner

The service in this place is awful!!! Do not waste your money and time. I’ve had very bad experiences with the personal there.

The food was excellent whoever the price you pay to eat on the paper table cloth it's strange They add 10% service charge to the credit card on top of the bill which is not common and they are not per friendly like most of the restaurants with garden in Sofia Definitely you can find same food quality without the above

Noon time tradition of the whole team was to have lunch in Ventana. Two days ago we asked on place if a small dog can be taken with us to the outdoor garden of the restaurant. We received clear confirmation that we can. Today visiting the restaurant with the Pomeranian we faced the aggressive attitude of the waiter Toni chasing us roughly away. As of today I can say that this is No Pet and No Human friendly place. Please correct the attitude to customers and clear define Restaurant rules.

We had a great time there. Two couples spent few hours, testing few Appetizers, the best one was tongue with butter and mushrooms, afterwards four different salads, two main courses, and 4 deserts at the end. A great three hours spent there! We loved the atmosphere around us, and was happy with the service that we got at the end. So we are going back there for sure!
