Terrace at Crowne Plaza Solihull

We visited Crowne Plaza for afternoon tea this afternoon. We were sat outside on the terrace overlooking the lake, such a lovely seating area outside especially in the Spring sunshine. Afternoon Tea was scrumptious and so much, we didn’t even get through it all. If your looking for a location that’s not super crowded but has a wonderful atmosphere and great staff, you will not be disappointed at Crowne Plaza, Solihull. Thank you for a lovely afternoon

Was rather quiet when we visited, we were staying at the hotel and the restaurant wasn’t open to the general public. Had a nice two course meal consisting of the soup x2, a pasta dish and the salmon. All were very tasty and good portion sizes too. The drinks were nice but would have like a larger selection of cocktails, however was good none the less. Good value for money and a cosy setting.

Had a very good breakfast and dinner.staff were very attentive.fesh food and hot when served.we would go again

I would like to echo the sentiment of another reviewer and describe this as a better than average Hotel restaurant. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant is warm and relaxing and the food of a decent "gastropub "esque standard. On the evening we visited the service was a little scatty with the Duty Manager having to lend a hand possibly due to being short staffed. But everyone who served us was friendly and couldn 't do enough to help.

Had a very nice afternoon tea. They were very flexible and accommodated us despite us having different requirements : Two vegetarians, one pescetarian and one carnivore.
