Travel from the city. rude associates. I didn't finish my order. When I came to the window, I paid a venti and gave me a big one. when I politely told them that the size is wrong, they have determined my command to their unhappiness.

I don't like a coffee. I don't drink coffee. but my wife does. they placed an order on the drive through and the price at the window was almost a dollar more than when it placed the order. when asked why the increase she told for cocoscreamer she ordered a splash of cocoscream. free whipped cream tassen to give dogs and almost a dollar for a squirrel of creamer to load is ridiculous. I know it's franchise-specific. not the full cost of the coffee at the top is cramped. solon does not seem to be a customer-oriented, customer-friendly shop.

Just know the drive thru set up is a little hectic, but oh well. The coffee was okay, not really what I asked for but oh well. Staff was nice and quick!

Close the store so customers can wait 20 minutes a drive through, no order ahead. C'mon Starbucks, stop putting profits before customer service. I will take my daily coffee orders elsewhere.
