Kfc - Somerset

We did an online pick up order. They forgot half our order three items on our order and the soda was flat. When we went online there was no one to speak to. We emailed them and hopefully we will get a response but it's not worth the money in gas to driveback. Don't come here, don't ordered here... a week later and no one from both this establishment or kfc have reached out... onweek later received a five dollar credit. I think this review helped but I still won't order atleast from this location

I haven't had KFC in quite some time, and this was possibly the worst experience I've had there. I don't believe it was due to the staff or the location. The chicken tenders were bland, and the sauce options were disappointing, particularly the KFC sauce and Ranch. The biscuit also seems to have changed; it's no longer buttery or enjoyable. I guess I just expected something tastier for $15.

Terrible food. This was the worst KFC I've ever had! The chicken strips were small, tough, and had a lot of tendons. The biscuit was hard instead of soft and fluffy. I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered four honey BBQ chicken little sandwiches, but they weren't fully dipped in the honey BBQ sauce. The photo shows the chicken completely covered, but mine weren't.

The staff were very friendly, and I used the drive-thru. My total came to $10.65 for a medium Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. It was delicious, though I found it a bit pricey.
