Steak-out - SONOITA

Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. While serving us, she spilled what was supposedly ranch dressing all over my niece's food. She mumbled a quick apology but didn’t offer to fix it. My niece doesn’t like ranch dressing, which made the situation even worse. As for the food, it was only slightly better than terrible. The BBQ sandwich was dry and lacked sufficient BBQ sauce. The “fruits” on the plate were deep-fried potato wedges made from rotten potatoes, evident from the numerous black spots on about 50% of them. My niece’s chicken nuggets were burned and tasted awful. At first, I thought she was just being picky until I tried them myself—simply atrocious. It’s really disappointing because my wife and I visited this restaurant nearly ten years ago before we were married and thought it was good. Clearly, it has taken a turn for the worse.

This is particularly disappointing since my wife and I visited this restaurant nearly ten years ago before we were married and thought it was quite good. It seems to have taken a significant turn for the worse since then.
