As for the food, the beans were extremely runny. Are they seriously trying to cut costs by serving watery refried beans? The same goes for the guacamole! Oh, and charging for chips and salsa? Never have I encountered that before! Not to mention how haphazardly the food was presented—beans everywhere, even under the plate! Seriously? Ugh… I’m never returning!

My recent experience at El Jardin was delightful. The soup I ordered was bursting with flavor, making it a fantastic start to my meal. The Cadillac margarita was a true highlight, with an amazing taste that I really enjoyed. The chips and salsa were the perfect complement to my drinks. I also appreciated that the restaurant provides both indoor and outdoor seating options, allowing guests to choose their preferred dining environment. While there was a small hiccup with a new hostess who was a bit unsure about certain things, it was clear that he was making an effort to accommodate us, and we all have to start somewhere. My only minor complaint was that the sour cream came already mixed into my soup; I would have preferred to add it myself to prevent curdling. That said, the flavor was still incredible, and the soup was delicious overall. In conclusion, El Jardin offers a wonderful dining experience, featuring excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a standout margarita. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.

This Place was great! Amazing food and amazing staff. The chips and salsa were very good and as a picky eater they made my burrito request perfect.

The X best Mexican restaurant in Sonora hits rock bottom. We were utterly disappointed. Way over priced especially since they now charge $4 extra if you want chips and salsa (what Mexican restaurant does that!!! Burrito does not include sauce, sour cream, or guacamole! I could go on but not worth the effort.

I love El Jardin in Sonora. They are always, friendly, polite, and attentive. The food is great and the prices are reasonable! 115 Stars.
