I never received my order. I waited an hour and 20 minutes before I called about my online order, which was already 20 minutes late. They told me it would arrive in 20 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called again, and they said they had just canceled my order. They weren't truthful. A total waste of 2 hours.

According to my sister, this restaurant messed up a pizza order yet again. We ordered a full combo pizza with pineapple on half, but they sent half a combo pizza with just pineapple on the other half. They confirmed the order correctly over the phone, so it seems the kitchen lacks understanding. I understand that after so many mistakes, my sister should have checked the pizza before leaving the restaurant. We'll talk more about this at home. As for the quality of the incorrect pizza, it was actually good.
