Pizza Hut - Soperton

The pizza and the new melt was cooked perfect. Staff was very friendly

It's taken me a bit to get used to no delivery, but everything is so close by it's not a big deal. And this Pizza Hut is awesome! Food is always HOT and DELICIOUS!

I received a notification that my pizza was ready at 6:35 PM, five minutes early—my initial pickup time was 6:40 PM. I was waiting right by the door and could see two employees working, although one went to the back. The other was at the cash register, busy but did answer my first call. When I asked if they could see my truck outside, he mentioned that they had just received a large order, despite there being only one other customer in the store. I accepted that it would take a few more minutes. However, 12 minutes later, I called again, only to hear him put the phone down on the counter without saying anything. By then, the other employee had returned and began making pizza boxes. After 20 minutes had passed since my pizzas were marked ready, I overheard the employee ask where the pizzas on the counter (not in the hotbox) had gone. The manager told her they had already been taken to the truck outside, and she immediately brought them to me—20 minutes after I got the notification. At this point, the 20% tip feels meaningless, especially since the pizzas were not even fully cooked.

The pizza was tasty, but it was quite expensive. I paid $35 for two medium pizzas.
