Location 10, service 10, menu 10, authenticity 10. it was a magnificent experience because it is authentic to start with the "harvest tea" from how they choose the ingredients, how they prepare them. Finally, tradition is perfectly combined with emotion.

Excellent dinner, great professionalism by the owner who served us. we tried appetizer of local sausages at excellent km zero, a first of tortelloni filled with ricotta, wild herbs and chicory with pumpkin and fresh sausage. The position is more unique than rare. a cellar dug into the tuff, in a hidden alley of the magical sorano. the menu is reduced to a few dishes mainly based on legumes. prices are too high compared to the proposed dishes and the low quantity. However what we tasted we liked and it is worth the cost for the beauty of the environment.
