I had a disappointing experience with my order. They got it wrong twice in less than a week. It seems they struggled to make a pizza correctly, despite my clear instructions. Overall, it was terrible.

I was really disappointed with my experience! I placed an order with specific allergy requests, but they weren't met. After waiting an hour, I received my food, only to find it had been sitting in the cold for the last 30 minutes. I overheard a staff member telling a trainer that our order would be ready in "just 5 minutes," but he didn't even check on it. There seemed to be a lack of concern for serious allergies like celiac disease, except for one young girl who truly went above and beyond!
