My wife and I had a very poor meal at Fuoro tonight. My wife's chicken was not properly cooked and was still **** inside. She sent it back and, to be fair, they swiftly replaced it with a well cooked piece of beef. It wasn't really what she wanted, but she wasn't prepared to risk another portion of chicken. My sea bass was quite tasty, but small and lukewarm. I needed a microscope to see the helping of mashed potato it was supposedly served on. All the food was served very quickly after we ordered so quickly it must have been pre cooked and sitting waiting for an order. We paid up swiftly and left, and went elsewhere for a dessert because I was still hungry.
