I had lunch yesterday at the Hangar for a professional lunch. A great surprise: dishes and desserts are very successful and beautifully presented. Special Mention at service: fast and smiling. I'll be right back.

Restaurant present in the hotel Mercure cours Albert Thomas. Home : At the correct entrance. And a great service. Serveur has a pleasant listening and despite the mask it was always very smiling. Room on the ground floor and on the first floor, accessible by stairs and lift. Meals: Entrance ceviche de dorade, really great! The flavours are balanced in terms of flavor and quantity. Plat risotto has truffle and st jacques, excellent, similar taste was there. Dessert Charlotte pear chocolate, I didn't hang, maybe by personal taste. The trolley seemed imbibed. A friend took the pineapple that didn't melt, and the taste didn't attract me. The very reasonable price for the quality of the dishes, 25€ flat entrance dessert, 22€ flat entrance. Small suggestion, the plates are not in very good condition it would be wise to replace them for a surplus value on the presentation.
