Birrieria Estrada

These are awesome quesa birria tacos dorados. They have a wholesome taste like hecho en casa. Los tacos estan perfectamente dorados. The tacos are regular size but they pack a lot of good meat. I tried their consome and it is what I will be looking forward to in the Fall. They have many types of delicious and picante sauces. Must buy at least three to start! Vengan raza a comer delicioso tacos de birria.

We ordered them on Postmates and it was amazing! I always pass their truck and has no clue the order was from their truck until after i looked the place up. We had gotten some combo meals and Birrieria ramen! First time having them and first time having the ramen and it was delicious. No complains at all! We went to look for them to get more, but they move around, but definitely going to their food truck!!

Horrible service HORRIBLE THE FACT THAT I ORDER 3 TIMES REPEATED MY ORDER 2X AND GOT HOME WAS COMPLETELY WRONG WENT RIGHT BACK TO FIX MY ORDER MIND YOU 5 MINS DOWN THE STREET AND THE MAN STARTS ARGUING SO WHAT THEN YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK AND GETS MAD AT ME FOR STATING MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG THEN I SAID FINE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WITH MY RECEIPT BACK AS WELL HE SAID NO YOU DIDNT WANT THE FOOD I SAID GIVE MY RECIEPT HE STILL WOULDNT NOT ONLY AND ONLY BECAUSE I STATED I WAS YELPING HIS TRUCK HE REPLACED THE ORDER WOW !!! MY FAMILY DOES TACOS AS WELL AND THIS WOULD NEVER BE AN ISSUE IF WERE WRONG WERE WRONG JUST APOLOGIES AND FIX IT PLAIN AND SIMPLE WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO KNOW WHAT WE LIKE AND WHAT WE DONT !!!!

Would give them no stars Avoid I haven't been here in about a year they used to be really good and full of flavor when there location was at holt In Pomona. Drove 35 minutes out of my way to this location. Don't know what happened maybe under new management or this truck just half asses the food and cuts corners. The consome taste like warm water no flavor it looked like they fill half of the cup with consome and the rest with hot water. The Birria had no flavor taste like water the beef didn't have any flavor. The spicy chili taste different to watered down. The beans and rice are also watered down no flavor so sad to see this happen. Waste of $54. You would swear that they just add water to everything when they are running low to make more.

They run out of consome,it was barely 6:30pm.they should run out of consome, I don't know at what time they open, and the meat was missing salt, and flavor!?
