The sandwiches here are wonderfully fresh. Mike's way is definitely the best option. They offer an excellent flavor that's perfect for a hot summer day, providing refreshing bites with every mouthful.

The sandwiches here are delicious! I just tried the Jersey Mike Philly cheesesteak, but I found that my regular-sized sandwich was surprisingly light. It was gone in just 69 seconds! While it’s a bit pricey, it definitely delivers on flavor, even if it's a lightweight option.

This place is fantastic! The other night, I accidentally received the wrong order and didn't realize it until I got home. I called Jersey Mike's to see if they could help me switch my order since I had mistakenly ordered the wrong sandwich, which was entirely my fault. The girl with red hair and another guy were working the closing shift (I didn't catch their names), and they were incredibly kind to change my order for me, even though it was already 9 PM—closing time. I just want to say that is what true customer service looks like! Thank you so much for your kindness; you two are a rare find in this world. You could have easily said no, but you didn't. Bless your hearts!

Jersey Mike’s in El Monte is fantastic! The sub sandwiches are fresh and delicious, and the customer service is exceptional! It was our first visit, and we wanted to try something local and different. I highly recommend it!
