I loaded $20.00 onto my card, but when I left the site, I realized that my card wasn't returned. I went back a few days later to let them know, and as you might expect, I'm now out $20.00.

I decided to give this Tim's chain another chance, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. They still don’t use hair nets, and the staff takes your money and prepares both your food and other customers' food with the same pair of gloves—extremely unsanitary. The service remains incredibly rude and consistently poor, with wrong orders and slow service, whether you order in-store or through the drive-thru at any of their locations. I definitely won't be returning to any of their stores, including those on Thorburn Road, Kenmount Road, Avalon Mall, Manuel’s, Kelligrews, Legion Road, and Hollyroad.

Still the best coffee even with the hockey card ripoff!
