Buffalo Wild Wings - South Bend

I ordered boneless wings due to having braces and the bone in wings are just too hard to eat with them. I thought getting the boneless would have been easier to eat, but it wasn't. These boneless wings def. overcooked, because they were so hard to bite through, even trying to rip them apart was a bit of a hassle. Not only that, but the waste of carrots and celery that came out on my platter was just ABSURD! There were 5 celery sticks and 8 carrots, which is a complete waste when most people don't eat those anyways. But I couldn't even eat them again because of my braces. It just was a complete waste. My beer was good, and my husband said his food was alright. I wish I could give more stars because we prefer BWW over Wings, etc. but I guess we may have to go back and try Wings, etc. again.

This restaurant is usually the top choice for me and my wife. However, I was disappointed that we were turned away, despite arriving at 9:30pm and the restaurant closing at 10pm. It was my birthday and we were hoping to grab a quick bite to eat. It was frustrating that they were not open during March madness, especially since they have sports affiliations. It would be beneficial for them to consider having a different company take over that is willing to stay open until midnight. This experience may have cost them a regular weekly customer.

Waited over an hour for our food for it to be completely messed up. Non of our food was made right and we also ordered a kids meal with an apple juice. Instead of getting our juice that we PAID for they gave us a cup of ICE and still charged the full amount. When I called to tell them what we just experienced they kept me on hold the entire time then just hung up on me.

Very disappointed. Waited an hour for our food and still did not have when we left. Not an I’m sorry, let me check how much longer for your food. Waitress left us sitting with empty drinks. Will NOT go back. I understand being short staffed and all, but an hour and still no food! Nope.

I took my daughter to Buffalo wild wings on Ireland Road today for lunch. I am a vegetarian so I requested a chicken wrap with cauliflower instead of chicken as I have done many times in the past. I have never had any issues with this order. Today the manager came out and told me he could not accommodate my needs because if he did it for me he would have to do it for everybody else. And then ask for the district manager‘s phone number and he would not give it to me. I explain to him that I was a vegetarian and that I have gotten this sandwich many times. He then replied again and said I cannot make this accommodation for you if I did it for you I’d have to do it for everybody else. I then took my child and left the restaurant. I will never ever ever return back to Buffalo Wild Wings again I was infuriated. It is no wonder all of their locations are closing with managers like this behind the desk.
