I have to get another pizza from this pizza hat and don't regret it. the last pizza I got from here, but the last was rough. there was almost no sauce on the pizza at all, only a small amount where the edge of the crust was. I ate half the pizza and threw the rest. I will not order from this pizza hat again.
Adam and his crew in the load are great. they are friendly and smiling. eating is hot and order is always right.
My pizza was under boiled cheese was not even melted, you could still see shredded in the cheese. I ordered pork and swash and who made my pizza, took a handful of pork threw it on a disc the rest of the pizza slices had perhaps 3 pieces pork on them. one of the worst pizzas I got back. just because my pizza was a free pizza, did not mean that they scrub it and cook it. I spent a lot of money here to earn this free pizza and it was hustle.
I ordered delivery on 12/30 at around 6:02pm from the Erskine plaza branch. The estimated delivery time was 75-85 minutes, meaning my pizza should have arrived around 7:25. I received a text at 7:13 saying my order was on its way, even though we live only 5 minutes from the Erskine location. I called the restaurant at 7:40 and spoke to a young woman named Kelly, who took 5 minutes to find my order. She then informed me that the actual wait time was 100 minutes, but that the food had just left and should be delivered soon. By 8:10, my order still had not arrived, so I called the store again and asked to speak to the manager, Adam. When I explained the situation to him, he rudely replied that the pizza wasn't in his window, implying that it was already out for delivery. He couldn't give me a time estimate, but assured me that he had instructed the delivery person to bring our order first. He said if it wasn't there by 8:45, it would be a problem. My husband went to the store at 8:40 and demanded a refund, but Adam claimed he couldn't process it and told us to come back when the boss/owner was in the next morning at 8am. When my husband called the next day, he was told the boss never showed up. We never received our order and ended up having to settle for fast food that night due to the long wait. This was a terrible experience with extremely poor customer service. I am still waiting for a refund for the food I paid for but never received.
