The Buffet South Bend

Very good food and great service. It was a quiet and enjoyable dinner experience. We will definitely return.

This is a really good alternative to the other restaurants in the casino. Always quiet but that might be because I've never seen it full in there. They need to do a better job of promoting this restaurant. Our server Logan was so nice and helpful. Food was delicious. My only complaint is that I requested a pool/fireside view and when we got there (on time for our reservation), all of those tables were occupied but the rest of the restaurant was virtually empty. We were told we'd have to wait for one of the tables I requested when I made the reservation. I'm not sure why they didn't save one of those tables for the reservation.

Daniel was very good. He checked on us just enough. He was very courteous catered to our requests. The food was delicious.

Fillet steak was undercooked, almost raw and asked for Well Done . Did not receive my chefs Pasta Alfredo until 22 minutes after the main course was served. My T-bone was overcooked and tough. Server never brought our waters until half way thru the meal. My appetiezer of Onion Soup was cold but the broccoli soup was good and hot. Manager stood around and did not help our server. 2nd time at edgewater cafe and not impressed. Best Service and food still seems to be Players Lounge.

Food was alrite, some of the stuff coulda been fresher for sure. Otherwise it was good.
