The staff at this place are fantastic! They remember my coffee order and usually have it prepared by the time I reach the window to order. They truly are the best!

I will never visit an Aromas again. I ordered oat milk for my coffee because both my breastfeeding baby and I have issues with dairy. Not only did I end up feeling unwell because they didn’t pay attention to my request, but now my baby is sick as well. Dietary restrictions: They put regular milk in my coffee instead of oat milk, despite my request.

I don’t typically post complaints, but I had an issue during my visit. The barista accidentally gave me a 24-ounce drink instead of the 32-ounce I ordered. When I pointed it out, she simply placed the 24-ounce drink in a 32-ounce cup and filled it with ice. I had also asked for light ice. I understand it was 8:30 AM and there was a morning rush, which may explain why she didn’t want to make a new drink for me.

Amazing coffee and pastries, beats Starbucks anyday! I’m from Tampa and just wish you guys would come to Florida!
