I didnt get my fries the bag wasnt sealed only one biscuit in the bag order was incomplete
Drive thru Lady was horrible..very rude and was argumentative with a few customers..She kept yelling into her headset to take someone's order and the way the cars were lined, noone was at speaker. So after her screaming out 5 or 6 times, I let my windowdown and told her that the Customer couldn't order because she was too far away..Proceeding to get my order..I asked who wastaking orders, and stated that she sounded very hostile and rude..She said it was some shady things going on inside, proballysome personal conflicts within management or workers I could only assume. It was not a good experience and the workingatmosphere seemed very negative. No apologies from Manager and she was directly in my sight of view when I was stating mycomplaints. The manager should have stepped in and showed Leadership. But did not. Very bad experience.
Slowest place in South Boston?. Even slower than Wendy?s and that?s saying something. Their speaker box is so broken with a fried chicken box where the screen used to be. The employee will mumble something you can?t understand and intentionally(has tobe) misunderstand your order. I watched the lady behind me take 5 minutes to explain her order to the clueless staff. This is aproblem with management/ownership. Skip this place if you don?t want to waste 30 minutes in a drive thru to be treated withdisrespect.
The 4-piece Chicken Supremes Dinner was served cold and burnt. Additionally, the Dirty Bojangles Dirty Rice, available from 9:30 AM until close, was overcooked and also cold.
