Dunkin' Donuts - South Boston

This is the first Dunkin Donuts I came across where the name has been changed to simply 'Dunkin '. And the place inside was updated with coffee dispensers as in a coffee bar (coffee on tap!! Very similar to getting beer on tap at a bar). It looked wonderful. The lady there was constantly cleaning, wiping the counter down, and changing her gloves after serving each customer. She was very pleasant to chat with. The young guy serving us was very friendly and courteous. Altogether, excellent service.

**Previous review**: I experienced stomach aches four different times from this store. While the staff is friendly and always has products ready, and I never have to wait long in line, I kept getting sick after visiting. If the employees see this, please check the machines. It’s important to clean the cream dispenser and coffee spout. Something isn't quite right.

I absolutely love the Caramel Frozen—it's my go-to order, and they always prepare it perfectly. I usually ask for extra caramel, and they never disappoint. It’s consistently delicious! Now, it's time to make the donuts!
