Golden Star Chinese - South Bound Brook

I recently moved to this city, and wow, this restaurant has the best food ever! I let my children choose where to eat, and they always want Chinese from here. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive!

The staff was friendly and the service was quick, but the food quality was below average. It was the first time I've had an egg roll filled only with cauliflower. The shrimp and rice were quite bland, and the dish mainly consisted of rice and broccoli, which looked a bit overcooked. I went there on a Saturday night, and the place was completely empty.

Quick stop here grabbed some fries and chicken wings with bbq sauce on the fries and a homemade ice tea. Pretty solid and i can see myself eating this again.

I walked in and ordered shrimp with broccoli and boneless spareribs. Within 3 minutes it was ready and when I got home the food was terrible. Obviously the spareribs were not made fresh and it tasted like it. The shrimp and broccoli was below average. Not recommend!!
