Malt Shovel - South Derbyshire

We really enjoyed the selection of affordable, smaller dishes priced at £8.95. It was a perfect option for my partner and I, as we are an elderly couple. We also loved the delicious plum porter. Overall, we had a very good experience.

I am unable to provide a comment on the restaurant as we were not served even after waiting at the bar for nearly 5 minutes.

Have a fantastic cooked breakfast, really warm and welcoming, will return. Just had breakfast again, very disappointed, took ages to cook, then they forgot to give us tea, and last time we were given orange juice with our food, there was none this time.

Decent meal, can't beat home cooked chips like this. Would definately come back here
