The staff struggled to fulfill one of my orders, which I had to remind them about 3-4 times before it finally arrived, and that was only when our main meals were being served. I also felt that the prices were steep considering the average quality of the food, which is why I’m giving it an average rating overall. It was just okay, and I will definitely think twice before returning.

I would give this place six stars if possible! The service is impeccable, the flavors are ingenious and delicious, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. I’m quite picky when it comes to Indian food, but Saroor exceeded all my expectations. The dishes have a delicate balance of flavors, with each one showcasing quality and generous portions. I wish more restaurants like this would open in Melbourne. Absolutely excellent!

Disappointing! Unfortunately, the nice atmosphere and dog friendly area didn't override the inedible lamb, especially after an hour long wait.

To start, the Dal Makhni was decent, but we've had better elsewhere. The Butter Chicken was bland and a bit too sweet for our taste. As for the Chicken Tikka Masala, it was simply spicy with no other distinguishing flavors. Having dined at many Indian restaurants in Washington, we were surprised that this particular place did not offer Onion Pickles or Vinegar Onions, which we believe complement every dish nicely. It was bewildering that they didn’t serve it here. We really can’t understand why.
