The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - South Gate

I ordered a large caramel and cookies and cream coffee yesterday at the Downey location. I didn’t have to wait long, even though there was a group ahead of me. The employee who took my order was very professional and friendly. I received my drink within minutes. The interior was clean, and there were only a few customers inside. The only downside was the parking lot, which was quite crowded due to the small shopping center and other nearby shops. Overall, my experience was great, and I will definitely return soon. Kudos to the staff!

I've recently started visiting Coffee Bean, and I'm really impressed with their extensive menu options, especially for those of us who prefer to avoid caffeine. Their matcha drinks and teas have been a great help, particularly when I was under the weather a few times. Additionally, their decaf beverages are delicious and perfectly blended. I'm always pleased with every drink I order!

The staff is friendly, and they provided an excellent recommendation. I usually drink Matcha or Chai tea, but I felt like having coffee today. Lizzy suggested a dark chocolate mocha latte, and I would absolutely order it again! The service was quick, and the place was clean. Just a heads up, there’s no drive-thru here.

This place never disappoints me. Their baristas know how make customers feel happy. Nice and kind staffs! One of the managers treated me so good when I couldn't use my gift card that day, because their internet issues. This is one of my favorite place!
