The Habit Burger Grill - South Gate

No one is cleaning at this location. I had to wipe down my table. They didn 't have the straws out. You have to ask for them. The order here touch screens are filthy. I wouldn 't touch them. I would understand if it was busy, but it is not. What a shame; Iliked coming to this location. Maybe it is under new management.

My husband recently went to get a grilled chicken sandwich, and his experience was quite disappointing. The cashier was extremely rude. When my husband asked for some ketchup, the employee just tossed it into his pocket instead of handing it to him, even though my husband had his hand out. Another employee even noticed the unpleasant attitude of the man at the counter.

The management could improve their customer engagement. Straws are frequently unavailable, and although I had to ask the manager for some, she did eventually provide them. While the food is tasty, the service falls short of expectations.

At this point, there was no one available to clean the tables, so I had to wipe my own down. The straws weren't readily available, and I had to ask for them. The touchscreens used for placing orders were dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable using them. I would understand if the place was busy, but it wasn't. This is really disappointing because I used to enjoy coming here. Maybe there's new management?

The management is not very accommodating to customers. Straws are often unavailable, and when you ask the manager about it, she responds with an attitude. The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired.
