Mcdonald's Restaurants - South Holland

I used the drive-thru at this restaurant and had to park in the bay and wait. They missed a whole meal and the Coke was flat. I had to go inside to get the missing meal and they swapped the flat Cokes for flat Sprite. The staff seemed extremely disorganized and clueless. The food was the worst I've ever had from any McDonald's. To make matters worse, my daughter found a hair in her chips.

Staff seemed to have absolutely no idea what day of the week it was, let alone what they were meant to be doing! Food was the worst ive had from any macdonalds, and to top it all off, my daughter had a pube in her chips!

Now we are fans of McD for a time and cost efficient cheeseburger...but half way through ours we both remarked that these were the best we've ever eaten! Not sure if there has been a recipe or bread change from a local bakery but there was something we couldn't identify which had a wow factor! Both burgers and fries were hot and well cooked, staff were of the more mature age group and were fantastic, and the place was spotless! We'll deffo be back next time we are passing!

Just visited the golden arches at long sutton. Thought it was going to be a long wait as there was quite a queue. Very quick, good food and hot. Thanks everyone this evening you are doing a great job x

Unfortunately long sutton mcds has always lagged behind more professional larger franchises despite having numerous managers. The same things occur here again and again, never seeming to be rectified and that is the temp of food and of drinks. Order a thick shake and u will find the warmest in Britain im sure, everytime they are melted to the point of mid meal In comparing mcds. I have on every occasion of eating at home had to freeze it back to how it should have come initially. The big macs are maybe at best one in five of being hot, the fries similar but with a slightly higher chance of 1 in 3..i love mcds and was very pleased l years ago when we first got it.. I use this all the time tho as its the Closest.. Now if ur not having a big mac then ur sure to receive hot food. All other burgers etc don't seem to have this problem. But beware the thick shake, if u have to wait for food and u don't like drinking before eating then be sure to mention before u pay that ud like ur drink with ur meal and not before it. It will almost stay edible throughout ur meal.. But smile when u finish as u see ur thick shake melted to dregs. Lol.
