Hardee's - South Holland

I ordered a Frisco burger and this is what I received instead. I'll let the pictures speak for me. The next morning I go back up there to show the managers what I was given the night before, and they tried to give me some free food for compensation. That's just not right. I will not be frequenting this establishment anytime in the near future. Service: Take out

This is the 2nd time in 1 week that the drive-thru employee has forgotten food on my order. Either the drive thru speaker is broke or the employees ears are broken. I’m a frequent customer of Hardee’s and this was my first time going to the South Holland location. Ordered a sausage biscuit for breakfast to go and when I arrived at my destination, found that they used an old microwave sausage patty. This was not the sausage patty they usually serve. It was like a Jimmy Dean microwave Turkey sausage. Highly disappointing!! Service: Take out
