Asda - South Lakeland

Will not be eating here again. Ordered food, found a table for it to be covered in tobacco and looked liked it hadn't been wiped down in days. Came to get cutlery and there wasn't any, and when it did come some of the forks still had food on. Awful and over priced. The staff also seemed like they didn't want to be there and couldn't be bothered. Wiped her nose with her hand and then served coffee without washing hands

Great value, kids have 5 items for a £1. Staff interacted with kids, very very good value. Tables kept clean, food great.

I called here for a quiet drink. The staff were shouting from one end of the cafe to the other. E.g. have we got any chicken nuggets. Are there any tea cakes and so on. The manager seemed to be having meetings with various members of staff, leaving one woman doing everything. This made the process extremely slow, half hour wait to order hot chocolate, then the noise from the manager and staff was unbearable. I only came here as I have to wait for my partner to have a procedure at the hospital. I wish I'd stayed at the cafe in the hospital. A thoroughly unpleasant time

Not sure why I keep calling in, but the service this visit was rubbish. No one serving, waited and waited, in the end put my head around the door to see 3 staff talking. The line had grown longer and the staff member was so abrupt when she eventually came out. Tables pretty dirty and some with dirty crockery.

Although a clean spot the furniture is worn and dated, our food was pretty awful, my bacon was awful and the wife's food looked pretty bad. Coffee was just warm. A clear sign indicating hand sanitizer, but couldn't see the hand sanitizer. It's been a while since I was there, it's not improved. Staff very pleasant.
