The first time we ordered from this restaurant, they forgot part of our order. Upon calling them, they mentioned that they were busy and would deliver the missing items the next day. Several months later, we received a promotional email offering a 15% discount, so we decided to give them another try. However, after completing the payment on their website, we encountered an error message stating "error creating order in the backend." When we called to address the issue, we were informed that they were unable to assist us and suggested we use Just Eat instead. Despite explaining that we would lose the discount, they offered no help or solution. We have still not received the missing food from our original order, and it seems unlikely that they will deliver it anytime soon. We would advise avoiding this restaurant in the future, as their customer service and reliability are lacking.

I believe my order was incorrect. I requested the special chop suey, but received chicken chop suey instead (I believe). I only noticed after I had already started eating it. I am uncertain if I would choose to order from this restaurant again.

The chips and rice were served cold. It was a waste of money and very disappointing.

Food was lukewarm when it finally arrived. Order said to have dispatched on time but didn’t arrive for another 25min. Delivery estimates on just eat are shocking
