It has a kind and friendly atmosphere- when you walk in, you?re greeted with a smile, they have great customer service, the store is clean and serves up some fresh and delicious ice cream. I ordered a strawberry shortcake ice cream cake for my boyfriend?s birthday and it was by far the best ice cream cake we ever had. I?m not big on writing reviews but I must say it exceeded my expectations. All thanks to Simone who was extremely helpful and responsive. Simone designed the cake beautifully according to my request and the price was affordable. I will definitely be back!

I say if you think to stop here, definitely do, you will not regret it!!

THIS CARVEL IS BY FAR THE BEST ONE IN ESSEX COUNTY,,,,, I've been coming to this Carvel for several years for my children , and when I say the best customer service ever I really mean it , The location is great they never disappoint, I have been dealing with Simone the manager since forever she always greets me with a smile, no matter what I need she's always there to help me out . I always get custom ice cream cakes from strawberry vanilla , butter pecan vanilla and even cookies and cream ice cream cakes she never ever disappoints my children all want different ice cream cakes for birthdays or other special occasions) I am so grateful that you guys are always there for my family. I referred so many people there and they all have said great things about Simone and the staff at Carvel. Carvel always have everything I need and then some,,, lol ..... always clean well stocked and always always open and available when I need something really quick,,, The best in town ,,,,,,
