This charming restaurant offers some unique items that you won't find elsewhere. However, I did feel that the prices were a bit high. This was also the first time I've encountered a food establishment that asked me to enter my tip amount on a screen. It was a bit confusing at first, as I didn't expect that from a restaurant.

Cool neighboring bio market, but the hot food counter was just meh.

Now, let's talk about the staff and leadership at this customer service-centric local business. Meir, the owner, is always available to answer health-related questions and is a wealth of knowledge on all things organic and healthy. The staff is incredible, handpicked by Meir and his wife Marla. Special shoutouts to Becky, Francis, Pauline, Melissa, Natalie, Gus, Ricky, and anyone else I may have forgotten. And a big thank you to new hires Isaac and Riley. Isaac always goes above and beyond to help customers, no matter what he's doing at the moment. And Riley is a superstar worker who always ensures customers are completely satisfied. She is friendly, helpful, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Overall, Grassroots Market is an exceptional place with wonderful staff and amazing products.

Great food, kitchen, many paleo and keto bakery options, friendly staff, well filled herbs and supplements. So happy to have found this place.

I agree with the negative experiences reported by others about Grassroots. The middle-aged female owner has been rude to me and even seen throwing money at customers. I had been avoiding her, but after a recent upsetting interaction, I have decided to never return. I have also experienced indigestion from improperly combined menu items. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and even Sprouts are friendlier and more affordable options. I recommend avoiding Grassroots and choosing a different dining option for you and your family.
