Bugaboo Creek Steak House

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, which was our second visit. During our first time, the food was undercooked and service was slow. This time, we waited nearly 15 minutes for a waiter to come to our table, and after ordering medium rare burgers and fries, we waited another 30 minutes without receiving our food. Frustrated, we decided to leave. As we were exiting, we were told that our food was just about ready. Seriously? 35 minutes for medium rare burgers at 3:00 in the afternoon? The restaurant was busy when we arrived, but it was nearly empty by the time we left. We won’t be returning, and I recommend finding another place to eat—our experience was truly awful.
