Johnny Rockets - South Portland

I was in the mall, I used the toilet room in the food court when Johnny rocket officer from a toilet house came after his business. He did not wash his hands, returned to the store and began to prepping food I would avoid this place.

I paid $5.49 for a medium sized milkshake that was extremely thin. Not only that but I waited for an unusual length of time compared with most other fast food places. They asked me for my name just like they do at the pizza places and a milk shake should be served within seconds, not minutes and they should wait on one customer at a time. I watched them fix several milkshakes and it was very similar to they way people fix milkshakes at home. Less than a one-minute walk from them, they serve huge and thick milkshakes for less money and they have them out within seconds and wait on one customer at a time and thier line moves much faster. I think I'll just have my next shake at home and save some money.

Food so fresh and delicious it doesn't need salt! Kitchen area extremely clean, including the ceilings and vents. Staff very courteous and polite! Bacon cheddar fries are to die for!

They were obviously running low in staff when I visited them. One person taking orders and preparing shakes. Another is cooking and preparing meals. It took a while to get the food.
