Hey everyone, Hope you're all well... I have decided to hang up my apron all together and go back into engineering. I still feel it's a shame to put everything I learned at Roots to waste so I'd like to try and put together a way to make and supply the products I created to other businesses. This restaurant is fantastic! It is a cozy, local spot that serves fresh food in a welcoming atmosphere. I always enjoy engaging in good conversation while dining here, and the menu is constantly evolving with new, creative dishes. It has become one of my favorite places to eat, even though I am not a vegetarian!
