After my friends made a reservation at this restaurant, I was concerned that there wouldn't be any vegan options available. However, there weren't any on the menu, but the staff assured me they could accommodate my dietary needs. We enjoyed a 5-course tasting menu that the chefs adapted to be vegan-friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I hope to see permanent vegan options added to the menu in the future.

On the day of our dinner reservation, Bridgewater unexpectedly canceled our booking. It seemed like they were overbooked as we were told we could not dine in the restaurant and had to eat in the bar instead. The woman at the reception did not apologize and claimed she had called earlier to inform me of the change, which was not true as I showed her my phone record with no missed call. She then said she must have had the wrong number. It was frustrating that someone would have to call to tell me I couldn't dine in the restaurant on the day of my reservation. I was dining with three friends and had planned for this evening meal to be my contribution to the weekend.

It was difficult to decide from the menu, many great choices. my sig, ordered nannygai fish with whistle. he found that the fish overwhelmed by the season, the muddles were a ted small, and he did not find the broth particularly large. I ordered the chicken and chicken dumplings as a meal and a side of the carrots roasted in degreased fat. my question was that I am on medicaments that have messed my mouth. could not make it to eat my food for the seasoned. but my guy was happy to commit. our waitress was just fabulous. I'm sorry I couldn't eat my food and talked to the cook about finding something that has to do with the cold handle. absolutely went beyond and beyond to help me have a nice culinary experience. I'd go back if I can eat properly again.

My partner and I came here to the jubilee. the customer service was exceptional. the **** was so beautiful with the edible flowers. the king fish salmon sashimi was so fresh full of taste and beautiful presented. the calamari was one of the best I had since living here, the kimchi was delicious. my partner had the kimberley rump he loved, it perfectly cooked soft butter meat. I had the 36° cold smoked rib fillet that was such a beautiful piece of meat so delicate med rare and perfectly cooked. for dessert we shared the melkert- South African army, which was beautifully soft silky and smooth. I would highly recommend coming here next time, we will try the bar below.
