Friendly's - South Weymouth

Visiting Boston always reminds me of the kindness that seems to be lacking in Ohio. Even though the restaurant was bustling, our waitress Jess, who was handling the entire place on her own, did an amazing job attending to our group and the other 15 tables. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about her, but I urge everyone to recognize how challenging it is to work in such conditions with minimal support. It felt like Jess was truly out there on her own. Thank you, Jess, for being there for all of us!

My family orders takeout from this restaurant at least twice a week. The food is always hot and delicious, and we've never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and greet us by name. Overall, it’s a great value!

I'm pleased to share that our visit was absolutely perfect. Sarah was our waitress, and she was simply amazing. The best customer service we've experienced! She was both friendly and professional. Our meal was superb, and the ice cream sundae was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Kindness is fortunate to have Sarah as part of their team.
