Bear's Smokehouse Express South Windsor

On 7/1/2022 we picked up lunch for about 70 people. The order should be ready at 11:15 a.m., did not get the food until 11:50. In addition, the person who worked on the counter was exposed to his entire back for the food service. This is my personal opinion, not the companies. All said and did people really enjoyed the food.

Always have a great experience here! Meat is always tender and well seasoned! Staff actually pulls out the fatty pieces before putting the best on your tray. Sauces are well balanced. Their beans are amazingly made. Warm sweet and never overwhelming. Love coming here.

Got take out from this place for dinner. Got the 2 meat combo. May be because I went there the last hour they are open, they didn't have everything on the menu. I got burnt ends and tx sausage. For the sides I got broccoli salad and baked beans. The burnt end and tx sausage was cold. Didn't like eating cold meat at a bbq place. Loved the broccoli salad. Definitely recommend getting this as a side. Baked bean was also good. The service was quick. Wish the bbq meat was warm.

Decent food; can't fill an online order to save their lives. Shouldn't be hard the list is right there and they attach it to the bag! With covid shutting places down, you'd think staff would be jumping through hoops to keep their customers happy. You'd think.. But I can think of dozens of OTHER places that would be happy to take my money AND give me what I paid for. And to think that I even tipped the idiot when I placed the order online...

I was excited to try the corned beef but all i got was fat. Has to pick the itty bitty pieces from in between the fat because i really wanted to taste it. Stick to the pulled pork. They give a generous amount, sometimes. Meat to side ratios were off on my whole order.
