Firehouse Subs Southaven

The food here is excellent—some of the best subs I've ever had! The staff is friendly, but I've noticed that a couple of employees don't cover their hair properly while handling food. Although I haven't found any hair in my meals, I think that dreadlocks should also be tied back like regular hair. Overall, it’s a great place!

I really appreciate Hook-n-Ladder. The staff is warm and efficient. They offer tasty sandwiches at reasonable prices, especially considering that a portion of the proceeds supports firefighters.

I absolutely love this place! The restroom is clean, and even though they just opened today (I arrived at 10:30), everything is great. My turkey and cheese sandwich with veggies was served on fresh bread. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on—goodbye, Subway!

I really don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I seem to have the worst luck when it comes to ordering food. I always double-check my bags when I pick them up, and more often than not, something is missing or there’s something included that I specifically asked to have left out. It's incredibly disappointing to pay $30 for two meals and have them be incorrect. Oh, and when I called to address the issue, there was no apology or explanation given.

The club on a sub was fantastic !!!! Also had warm chocolate chip cookies, delicious !!! The staff were all wonderful, courteous, and friendly!!!! Bravisimo !!!
