Rise Pies - Southaven

We spent $83 for three people, and it was a disappointing experience. The music on the radio was blaring so loudly that it would stop and start every second. The meatballs and breadsticks were cold, and the pizza was cut in such a random and awkward way that it was hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, the pizza was undercooked. The breadsticks were overwhelmed with the taste of oregano and lacked any other flavor, and the table was sticky. Overall, the food reminded me of Lunchables pizza and Chef Boyardee meatballs, and honestly, I would prefer those options since they cost far less—$14 and $8 respectively.

The meatballs were quite greasy. They were served two in a cup along with cheese and peppers. While they were decent, they didn't stand out, and the excessive grease in the cup was off-putting. The breadsticks were very thin, which wasn't to my liking. Overall, I won't be returning, but I’m sure others might enjoy it. The cashier was average; she mumbled, making it hard to hear her, and wasn't particularly friendly. However, the young woman who brought out the pizza was very polite and friendly.

Don’t be fooled into thinking the free cheese pizza on Wednesdays is actually free; adding even one topping bumps the price up to $11. Those are the most expensive pepperonis I’ve ever had! Haha. However, my pizza was delicious. The guys were friendly, but the girls didn’t seem as welcoming.

The inside was nice and clean. The prices were reasonable. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza tasted amazing. I got the Bacon and Spinach pizza with Pizza Sauce and Fresh Mozzarella. They have a wide variety of different choices and even choices for those who are vegan or vegetarian. Nice place, would come again.

The pizza is absolutely delicious. It is like a salad bar for pizza. You tell them what toppings you want and then they bake the pizza. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hadn't had pizza this good in a long time.
