Café Hogar Del Mar - Southend-on-Sea

A beautiful place, just hidden a alley from the main road! Great tapas and refreshing Sangria, and they were friendly enough to open the kitchen again for us, although we arrived an hour after closing! Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely experience at Hogar! The food was fabulous, service was personal, and the sauce was better than Gaga's grandma in NYC! Gorgeous! Definitely be back to try more soon. Thank you folks!

Have lived in Leigh-on-Sea for over 6 yrs and never noticed this little gem. Hubbie and I went on a Wednesday lunch time and they had 3 tapas for £15. We ordered 6 between us and can truly say they were gorgeous. Hubbies went as far as to say the best Calamari he's had outside Spain. Lovely place, very friendly staff and amazing food. We'll definitely be back .

First time eating here and won't be the last! Had such a lovely lunch and could not fault a single tapas dish, all of it was delicious and the sangria is lush! 5* service!
