Galindo's Taste Of Mexico - Southgate

I ordered the usual dish I always get, but this time I found a brand new metal screw right in the middle of the nachos, buried under the melted cheese. I've been coming here since it opened, but I can’t go back after this. I'm just relieved one of the kids didn't end up finding it.

The interior of the restaurant is compact and not particularly impressive, but the food is excellent and the staff is friendly.

The problem I have is I drove from Romulus and YALL closed and the website said y’all was open that would be nice if it was corrected

They do everything in their power to avoid answering the phone for orders. They ignore calls because they are lazy
