Írjon visszajelzéstPower outage has these hotels price gouging. $500 a night for a normally $89 room? This is criminal and they should be ashamed to take advantage of people during a blackoutRooms: 1/5
We were only on our room for an hour and found cockroaches running around on the floor. They refused to refund our money or offer any discount for this inconvenience. Smoke alarms were missing. The rooms are in desperate need of renovations. We just left and went to another hotel. Too disgusting to be able to rest knowing that roaches could get into our luggage and come home with us. Highly recommend staying elsewhere
Besides the brown paper bag breakfast that is offered and the thieves that work on the cleaning staff, it’s not totally bad. That is if you don’t mind the smell of smoke (all kinds) lingering in the halls. Not to mention the outdated decor. This explains why the rooms are so cheap. There are 2-3 other options within a quarter mile that are a bit more expensive, but trust me, it’s worth it. The last straw for me was me accidentally leaving my phone and watch chargers in the room. Mysteriously, they both came up missing. I’ve requested to speak to the manager. I’m certain that there has to be a record of who cleans what rooms. I’d sure love to see how this gets handled. However, this place is a hard no for me. But it’s up to you to roll the dice on where you and your family stays.
Do NOT stay at this hotel. I’m not a picky person. I am willing to put up with the breakfast that was supposed to start at 6:30 am but didn’t start until7:00 am, and I’m willing to put up with ALL the food being gone by 7:30 am. I’m willing to put up red juice stains on the carpet, room keys that wouldn’t work properly and a bad tv remote, but the fact that there was NO HOT WATER for 3 days is ridiculous! I mean zero hot water. The first day of no hot water I had attempted to shower at 5:30 am. I called the front desk to make them aware of the problem and was told that maintenance would be in at 7:00 am to fix the issue. My husband then called at 10:00 am and the front desk staff member had a different story and said the city had “drained the hot water tanks” and they were being filled back up, so there would be hot water in an hour. I got back to the hotel about 5:00 pm and again attempted to shower, but still no hot water. I called the front desk again and Natasha said the hotel was booked and “a lot of people are showering” so they’re out of hot water. She then actually suggested that I shower at 4:00 am so that I’m not showering when so many other people are. What?!? She also tried to convince me that all hotels run out of hot water when they have so many guests( interesting that in my 30 years of staying in hotels, many times full to capacity hotels, I have never, ever not had hot water . I then asked to speak to a manager and Natasha said she WAS the manager, so I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and she refused telling me that I already had a good enough rate! She mentioned something about the owner, so I asked for his name; she said it’s TOM but she doesn’t know his last name. The next morning my husband and I ran into some other hotel guest in the hallway who also had no hot water, non-working room keys and didn’t get any breakfast because it was gone at 7:00 am.We checked out of the Wyndham and went to Holiday Inn Express. A MUCH better hotel, and it was very much worth the few extra dollars!
Was somewhat pleased with my stay, didn't know I had to request housekeeping services on 2nd day there. My room didn't get clean when I returned for the evening. Also no restaurant continental breakfast, they have grab-and-go at the front desk.Rooms: 4/5
