Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - SOUTHINGTON

This place seems a bit disorganized. I've been here several times and have experienced issues each time. They claim to have only one side available, no chicken sandwiches, and only two items to choose from. It feels like they just don't want to prepare what you actually want, limiting your options instead. Additionally, they have a confusing system where they only take one car's order at a time, making you wait until it's your turn. It's a convenient stop for a late-night snack, but the dishonesty really bothers me.

Eating was decent, but not fresh I ordered a family meal that comes with 2 big pages, maybe they need to train from others I certainly did not get 2 big pages I got the same amount of fries I would have been safe with a small delicate eating was not enough for a family I can not wait until the other place to open this place was a waste of money and to it all from a few hours

I’ve visited this Popeyes a few times, and while it’s generally better than most locations, my experience today was disappointing. The tenders should be crispy, as they usually are, but today they were soggy and mushy. The biscuit I had was also a bit cold in the middle. Food that should be cooked well shouldn’t be undercooked. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it seems like there are serious management issues with this franchise. It’s unfortunate because I really think their food tastes better than other chicken places.

We saw the sea on the way home. the service was fast. the chicken, fries and cookies were just delicious. fresh, hot and seasoned. if they are close, it is definitely worth keeping.

I ordered the $6 chicken sandwich along with a frozen strawberry lemonade meal. The lemonade was fantastic—icy, cool, and incredibly refreshing on a hot day. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was a huge disappointment. I’ve had it many times before and loved it, but this one was off. It looked perfectly fine, but when I took a bite, I could barely chew it. I thought it might just be a piece of gristle, so I spat it out and tried again, but it was the same issue throughout the entire sandwich. It was stringy and impossible to chew, so I ended up tossing it in the trash. If I hadn’t gone through the drive-thru, I definitely would have returned it. To make matters worse, they didn’t give me a receipt, so there isn't much I can do now. I’m really disappointed—this experience left such a bad impression that it will be a while before I consider going back.
