Gloria's Latin Cuisine - Southlake

Went on Sunday and it wasn?t busy but they were understaffed. We were a larger group of almost 15 people so we had to wait over an hour because they didn?t have enough staff. Food was good. Their chips and salsa was great! My husband and I ordered the mary Tierra and we really liked it. I just wish the rice portion was a little more.

Always great service. We always come to Gloria's when in Texas. The food is phenomenal. My wife always gets the quail. I ventured out and got the carne asada this time which was tender and flavorful. The chimichurri sauce was some of the best I haveever had. I even got some to take home.

The restaurant Gloria's is a lively spot filled with a group of women enjoying themselves. There’s a fun atmosphere all around, complemented by a large staff ready to serve and delicious food to savor.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today with Lupe's service, and the food was simply delicious! The ceviche chimichurri salad was very fresh and excellent—definitely something we will order repeatedly. The frozen margarita was perfect, and the flan was wonderful, made right on-site.

A group of ladies dined at Gloria's, and it was a delightful experience all around. The staff was fantastic, and the food was excellent!
