Luna Grill - Southlake

I placed a DoorDash order and requested that cucumbers be omitted from my dish. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not follow this instruction. If my request had been due to a food allergy, it could have had serious consequences.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and it was a disappointment for the $27 I spent. The tomatoes and cucumbers that accompanied my meal tasted completely rotten, and the lettuce was slimy. The falafel was burnt the first time they brought it, and even after they remade it, it was still overcooked on the outside. I felt sick after eating there. When I mentioned the inedible salad to the manager, she was very rude and claimed that was all they had. She refused to throw it out, which made me feel like they don't care about food quality. If this is their idea of acceptable food, I suggest you think twice before dining here. I'm usually someone who is willing to give places a second chance, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain the menu to us since it was our first visit. The harissa sauce is delicious, and the falafel was cooked to perfection! If you’re craving Mediterranean food and are in the area, this place is a must-try.

Delicious food! The general manager personally attended to us and ensured that our experience was flawless. We will definitely return.
