I ordered a chicken crispy grinder from here not long ago, and when I opened it, there was no chicken inside. If I wanted a BLT, I would have ordered one!

It seems that the reviews below may be referring to a business that occupied this space over two years ago. Currently, it is Fresh Fields Cafe, not Between Rounds, and I haven't encountered any of the issues mentioned by those customers. My husband and I have been regular patrons for breakfast and lunch for about 12 months now. They handled the challenges of COVID exceptionally well, maintaining excellent food quality and service, which we truly appreciated. Any concerns we've had were addressed promptly. They were also very accommodating with my unusual requests and modifications. I sincerely hope they continue to thrive through the aftermath of COVID! Absolutely amazing! We visited Southwick so my fiancé could ride his dirt bike there today (we're from Vermont), and I decided to order sandwiches for our ride home. I got the Cajun King, and oh my gosh! Back in Killington, where we live, there used to be a sandwich called the “Tony Too Spicy” that was my all-time favorite, but unfortunately, that deli shut down. This sandwich is the closest thing I've had to it in two years. Not only did it have the same meats, but it even used the same brand! I added roasted red peppers and lettuce, and it tasted just like my old favorite, with the only difference being the chipotle aioli instead of ranch—and the ranch was still delicious! I will definitely be going back! You've made my weekend!

I used to visit this place frequently for breakfast and lunch before the renovation. The food was outstanding back then, but now it has taken a turn for the worse. I ordered a buffalo wrap, and they completely forgot to add the buffalo sauce as well as half of the other custom ingredients I requested. Instead, the staff brought over "microwaved" hot sauce! I ended up having to reassemble the wrap myself right at the table. My coworker’s wrap was also quite disappointing—it was so small compared to what was on the old menu (the crispy chicken wrap) that it wouldn't even satisfy a small child! It's really disheartening to see these changes.
