Tiptree Tea Room - Southwold

Very good. spacious, clean and welcoming. on a day visit to southwold for coffee and cake with some friends. attentive service, beautiful coffee and the selection of homemade cakes. can be highly recommended.

The staff were friendly, and I appreciated that dogs are allowed, which are both major positives for me. It was a nice, simple café experience in a pleasant setting. The bathroom could use some improvement, but I visited after the lunch rush, so it had probably seen a lot of traffic.

Two days in a row. both the regular and vegetarian breakfast are excellent. the outside area on the back gets the sun all morning and is a nice place to sit, chat, drink coffee and eat.

Visited for the first time yesterday with a friend. We had the afternoon tea which was very nice. Nice little cafe and it's also dog friendly .

Two visits in the same day probably says it all! Lovely tea room with quick and friendly service. Also has small, sheltered courtyard seating area.
